What is the return procedure?

You receive one month of warranty on all used parts. Within this month you can send an email to info@baboon.eu and our customer service will handle it further with you. For the new aftermarket parts, we provide you one year of warranty.

How much are the shipping costs?

This will depend on the size and weight of the items you are going to purchase. You can add the desired parts to the shopping cart, then you can click in "shopping cart" and select your country from the list, fill in postcode and city and the system will automatically show you the shipping options available according to your information.

What is the delivery time?

We strive to ship the order in 1 to 2 working days. When you choose a shipping option when ordering, it will be stated the duration of the shipment.

How can I reserve / order a part?

All our orders are placed through our website, we cannot create them for you. If you want to pick up a part from our shop, you can also order it via the website and choose the "pick up" option.

Why are the sizes not listed with the parts?

We choose to classify the parts by type and year of construction of the vehicle. The sizes are only given for parts that we think are necessary. If you would like to know the dimensions of a particular part, you can send an email with your request to info@baboon.eu and our team will help you further.  In the high season it may take a little longer before we can provide you with the measurements.

Does a part fit on a different type / year of construction than indicated?

We indicate in the webshop which type / year of construction the part will fit. Unfortunately, we do not have all the knowledge to know which parts will fit which type / year of construction. We have the same information that you can find in the motorcycle catalogues on the internet.

Is it also possible to place a Backorder?

Unfortunately, this is not possible at the moment. This tool is still under development. We have a high turnover rate in the parts and receive many requests, so it is impossible for us to keep up at the moment.

Do you also order parts?

No, we only work with our accurate stock, which you can find in our webshop.

Can you see which parts will be in stock soon?

Unfortunately we cannot. We have no insight into which vehicles will soon be dismantled and can therefore not indicate when we will have a certain part available in stock.
