A1 Air Filters Clean from Motul is a first-class cleaning agent for air filters. The soluble degreaser does not affect glue used by filter manufacturers. Only foam air filters can be cleaned with this Motul A1 Air Filter Clean. Paper air filters cannot be cleaned by the A1 Air Filter Clean. Completely submerge the dirty foam air filter. Let the air filter soak up like a sponge and then squeeze it without wringing! These actions must be repeated. The filter will then become lighter in color. Check if the sand and other debris has already disappeared from the filter. By rinsing the air filter thoroughly in water and then letting it dry completely, it can be put back into the oil with the Motul A2 or A3 Air Filter Oil.
